Lending regulations

Borrower's card
The student identity card is also a library borrower's card. External users are required to show proof of identity before receiving a borrower's card. Borrowers are obliged to notifiy the library of any change of address, email address or telephone number.

Borrower's responsibility
The borrower is personally responsible for the material he/she has borrowed and for returning it within the specified date. Loss or damage of material must be reported to the library.

Borrowing period
The borrowing period is normally 4 weeks. There may be shorter borrowing periods for special types of documents or media.
Loans can be renewed except in case of reservation.

The lending regulations of the owner library apply for documents borrowed from other libraries.

Compensation
Lost or damaged material must be replaced either by a new copy or according to a set rate of compensation.
